INCC ISAC is the National Center for Cyber Threat Analysis and Information Sharing. It serves as a convergence point for the qualified exchange of information on threats, vulnerabilities and incidents among Brazilian public, private and academic institutions.

The ISAC strengthens the country's collective defensive posture, enabling participants to detect threats earlier, respond in a coordinated manner and learn from each other's experience — always within a trusted, confidential environment.
