Crime Map β€” restricted access

To access aggregated cybercrime statistics, identification is required under the Brazilian Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Why we ask for your data

The Crime Map contains aggregated and anonymised statistics of cybercrime reports in Brazil. To ensure responsible and traceable use, INCC requires prior identification.

  • Full name, CPF, email and phone are requested for identification of the requester. The CPF is a Brazilian taxpayer ID β€” required for the audit trail.
  • The CPF is validated and cross-checked against the name registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue via the official Serpro API (Consulta CPF). Access attempts with invalid or mismatched CPF are blocked automatically.
  • A 6-digit code will be sent to your email. After validation, access lasts 7 days in this browser.
  • Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and processed under our Data Processing Policy.
  • You may request data deletion at any time via dpo@incc.org.br.
Notice. INCC keeps an audit log of every access to the Crime Map (timestamp, IP-hash, email). Logs are used to identify misuse and may be shared with authorities in case of investigation.
